Hermetica Research Labs ships to addresses within Canada only. We aim to deliver research products quickly, securely, and discreetly. All orders are dispatched from within Canada unless otherwise stated during checkout.

2. Shipping Methods

Shipping options available at checkout may include standard and expedited services depending on your location and carrier availability. Available methods and delivery estimates are shown during checkout.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are unexpected delays, we will notify you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your email or by visiting the carrier’s website directly.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to Canadian addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping availability to PO Boxes may depend on the carrier and service type.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

For orders marked as delivered but not received, please:

Check around your property and with neighbours
Check any safe drop locations
Contact us within 7 days so we can lodge an investigation with the carrier

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at Hermeticapeptides@gmail.com. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
